Christmas Booking Fees & Cancellation Policy

All terms and conditions listed below are to be agreed to by the Owner/Representative of the cat.

Whispurrs Cat Retreat reserves the right to refuse entry of any pet with no explanation required.
All cats must have a complete vaccination status preceding boarding. If vaccinations have not been sighted on or before arrival cats will absolutely be refused entry to the facility. No exceptions.
All cats over the age of 6 months must be desexed.
The Owner agrees to pay all charges for any special/emergency services required. Any veterinary costs incurred within our premises will be shouldered by the Owner in the event of any illness. If the Owner cannot be contacted, Whispurrs Cat Retreat will make the decision for emergency treatments.
All charges must be paid before leaving the cattery. Failure to pay the costs incurred gives Whispurrs Cat Retreat the right to offer the pet for public sale. The Owner is liable to pay any shortfall should the amount obtained from public sale/disposal does not suffice the overall charges.
If the Owner does not advise Whispurrs Cat Retreat of a designated pick-up date within two (2) weeks after the original date, the cat will be deemed abandoned.
The Owner agrees to be responsible for the behaviour of the cat during its stay at the cattery.
The Owner certifies that he/she is the sole owner of the cat and all information provided is complete and correct.
In the event of sickness (eg. fleas, feline flu, injury, loss or damage) or death of your pet at the cattery, Whispurrs Cat Retreat will not be held responsible for whatever may occur.
Cats must arrive and leave in safe and secure carry crates.
If your cats need to be fed separately, a second room will be required at the usual daily rate.
Images of your cats may be used for social media and website pages and advertising promotions. Please tell us if you do not agree to this
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds or credits will be given for returning earlier than booked return date once boarding has commenced.
Peak season and long-term booking deposit payments are non-refundable.
Off Peak booking deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 14 days before the booking

All bookings require full payment in advance. A 20% booking fee is required upon confirming your request. Booking fees are non-refundable/transferable.
All rates and fees are calculated on a per-calendar basis which includes the day of check-in and check-out.
Strictly no refunds or credits for returning earlier than booked.
All payments and charges are due upon entry of our feline guest.
Whispurrs Cat Retreat will incur a minimum of 6-day charge for Easter bookings and 10-day charge for Christmas bookings.
Whispurrs Cat Retreat reserves the right to alter payment details and charges without prior notice.

If a 48-hour notice is provided to us, we will agree to move the booking schedule at a later date. The booking fee will no longer be used if the cancellation notice is made less than 48 hours. This policy is non-negotiable and excludes Christmas bookings.

Whispurrs Cat Retreat will require an advanced deposit of $100 per cat within a week period of your request. This payment is non-refundable and will apply to all bookings made over the Christmas period.

Paying the full amount of booking is due November 30. Refunding of fees (minus booking deposit) due to cancellations made after November 30 will vary depending on the management and loss of earnings incurred.

The Owner acknowledges the acceptance of Whispurrs Cat Retreat’s Cat Boarding Terms & Conditions and certifies to the accuracy of the information given about the pet.
